Overview
The Safeguards program provides powerful AI/Adaptive eLearning, teaching the knowledge, skills and tools for Safeguarding.
The program is fully hosted, live 24/7, and instantly translates into any language.
The proven methodology was originally developed “in-house” at a premiere treatment center in Los Angeles and has been continuously implemented under Evergreen Fund’s various innovative treatment centers and sober living residences since 2006. In 2011 the program was improved and went through formal instructional design and development in 2011 in partnership with psychiatrist Dr. Timothy Fong, a Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the Jane and Terry Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior at UCLA. Safeguards now brings the process of helping individuals in the early recovery, particularly the first critical year, teaches how to assess the changing needs of people in recovery, helps prevent relapses and the critical skills to respond in emergency life- threatening situations

Post-Training Support
We offer ongoing support for those who complete the program. Support leverages AI tools to optimize information, providing speed and clarity.
Testing
We test both completion and proficiency to a 100% standard, and learners receive a completion certificate.
Accreditation
The American National Standards Institute (“ANSI”) is a private, nonprofit organization that administers and coordinates the U.S. voluntary standards and conformity assessment system. ANSI Accreditation adds legitimacy to our program and enables all graduates to demonstrate that they have earned certification.
